I didn’t expect much from a place like this, but it ended up being one of those nice little moments I’ll remember. We had a couple of drinks and shared some small bites, and everything tasted fresh and came out quickly. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but I kind of expected that going in. It wasn’t perfect, but sitting there with good food, drinks, and an easy vibe made the whole experience feel better than I thought it would. Overall, good.

I had an issue with my booking time, and support got it sorted out quickly. The people I dealt with were nice, and the whole thing was no hassle. I really appreciated the help.

We booked our visit around sunset because we thought it would be the perfect time to go. In my head, I pictured us casually watching the sky change colors and getting some amazing photos by the windows. But once we got there, it was packed. Everyone had the same idea, so it was tough to even get close to the glass, and the glare made most of my pictures come out awful. There was a short moment after dark when the night view looked really pretty, and I did enjoy that. But it all felt kind of rushed, especially for what we paid. I’m glad we saw it once, but I don’t think I’d do it again at that price.

Scheduling was easy. I mean, yeah, I had to wait a bit, but it really wasn’t a big deal and everything still went fine.

The view was really lovely, I’ll give it that. But the queues were a bit much, we waited ages just to get in, and then there was more waiting for the elevators. It kind of felt like most of the visit was spent standing around in lines. Maybe we just went at a bad time, to be fair, but for the price, I didn’t really feel like it was worth it

I had a really great time visiting One World Observatory, the whole experience was smoother than I expected from start to finish. Booking through the website was super easy, and we got our tickets without any confusion or hassle, which I always appreciate because some attractions make that part more complicated than it needs to be. When we got there, I was also pleasantly surprised that the line moved quickly. I had been expecting a long wait, but everything seemed organized and kept moving along nicely. Once we got up there, the view was absolutely incredible. I knew it was going to be good, but it was even better in person than I had imagined. You can see so much of the city, and it’s one of those experiences where you kind of just want to stand there for a while and take it all in. The staff were friendly too, and the whole place felt clean, professional, and well run. It is a little pricey, so that’s something to keep in mind, but for me, it felt worth it. It’s not something I’d do every weekend, of course, but as a special experience or something to do while visiting New York, I’d definitely recommend it

The view was really nice, and that part of the experience was enjoyable. But the security screening felt slow and confusing, which took away from the visit. I was expecting things to be more organized, and considering the hassle, I do feel like some kind of compensation or gesture would be fair.

The views from One World Observatory were really nice. You can see, like, a ton of the city and the water, and it’s definitely a good spot for taking photos or just looking around for a bit.

That said, it was crowded and felt a little rushed, like you couldn’t fully settle in and enjoy it. I’m glad I went once, but I’m not totally sure I’d go back again

We got lucky with the weather, I guess. It was clear enough that you could see way, way out from up there. Really nice spot if you happen to catch it on a day like that.

Had a really nice visit here. The views were beautiful, but what stood out most was the staff. Everyone we talked to was warm and helpful, even though it was clearly busy. One person took the time to answer our questions without making us feel rushed, which I really appreciated. I’d give it 5 stars if the wait hadn’t been a little longer than expected, but overall it was a great experience.

Booking was simple, but cancelling was a different story. I had to change my plans and thought the refund details would be easier to find and understand on the site. I even looked around at other reviews to see if anyone else had the same issue, because I wasn’t sure if I was missing something. Customer service did reply, but it was slow and felt a bit copy-and-paste. They mostly kept sending me back to the policy instead of just giving me a clear answer. In the end, I didn’t get back what I expected. Maybe it was hidden in the fine print, but the whole refund process left a bad taste. Not terrible, just really annoying.

I left thinking, why was that so complicated? The food came out cold, and the bar staff were rude when we tried to say something. It just made the whole experience awkward and frustrating. I definitely won’t be going back...

I tried placing my order, but the checkout page kept freezing on me. I was charged, but I didn’t get any update or confirmation, so now I’m just stuck wondering what’s going on. Frustrating experience.

My kids got tired so fast, it was unbelievable. Like, there is no possible way they had even a tiny bit of energy left by the end. They were completely done, no question about it.

The accessibility needs some serious work. It’s not unusable, but parts of it feel clunky as hell and way more frustrating than they should be. Whoever designed those bits clearly didn’t think it through, because it’s a bit of a pain in the ass to navigate.

We visited One World Observatory the signage was clear for most of the trip. We didn’t have much trouble finding the entrance, elevators, or exits. There were a couple of spots that got a little confusing when it was busy, but the staff helped us out. Overall, it was easy to get around and made the visit feel smooth.

I thought the visit was good overall. The restrooms were available and weren’t that hard to find, and the lines moved fine enough. Sure, the signs could maybe be a little clearer, but it really wasn’t a big deal like some people might make it out to be.
